Reiki is a Japanese healing technique to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation and many other emotional, physical and spiritual healing benefits. Reiki accesses and works with the subconscious parts of the mind to bring into the awareness old, stagnant or negative energy, and removes it from your body. The removal of these blockages allows life force energy to flow more easily. Reiki means the higher power of life force energy, and is a spiritually guided life force energy that has many healing benefits. We are all energy and everything we interact with is energy as well. Reiki is the healing practice of using our life force energy to remove energy blockages from the body throughout our chakras using Reiki symbols, hand placements and crystals. Reiki can be performed in-person or via long distances. Samantha & Patrick are trained in the Usui/Holy Fire® lll and Karuna Reiki.
