The Olive Horseman arises from combining generic red, black, white, and green colours... with olive as the result. This of course is a blend of all four horsemen of the apocalypse, and here they are blended because they cannot make up their minds as to what and when they want to be. 

As such, olive is the result, and instead of the dove with the olive branch floating around in the name of hope and peace and all that is purported to be good in Christianity in a world of endless wars, we have the branch in his pocket, the olives having been pitted and swallowed, and now it's time for a bit of cannabis... after a long day of working in the matrix.
