This came to me in a tent, and I couldn't resist the pun-like aspect of it, especially since it plays on blending extreme ideas of both the material and the spiritual. If you say it a few times, don't be surprised if it manifests on a business card of sorts.
But aside from that, it is self-explanatory, it's trying to bridge the gap between dimensions via size distortion and metaphysical spillage. Horse represents a lot for me, and here it's the stalking bit, lending the impression that it matters (but meanwhile, the feather looms larger).
