Healing

My healing journey began 24 years ago at the age of 19 following a near-death experience with bacterial meningitis. This was truly my wake-up call into the path of self-reliance. I learned to rehabilitate myself many times over with a trust and faith in Creator, Nature and Energy, with a focus in healing ancestral lines, limiting beliefs, and conditioning. This has allowed me to take a holistic approach in interweaving the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health.

I decided the allopathic medical model didn't align with my soul's values once my mother started dealing with chronic illness (which incidentally lasted my whole life until she passed away in 2022), and experiencing how that affected her, with my teenage years starting to present some of those same ancestral imprints. My father also struggled with mental illness and addiction, which had me supporting him and his journey within this insufficient medical model.

It has become part of my life's work to study and practice in alternative medicine and, since then, I have trained and worked in the following modalities:

I have learned much through my experience of working with clients one-on-one and in facilitating ceremonies over the last 12 years. Cacao has been a wonderful medicine that I've been working with over the last 20 years, developing a personal relationship with it to share it with others. Group events include cacao ceremonies, sound healings, circles and meditations, as well as training others in reiki (and many other beautiful collaborations) are part of my toolkit. I've journeyed extensively with plant medicines, connecting with spirit guides, studying with many traditions & Elders, and travelling in various dimensions throughout many initiatic life experiences. My hope and vision is to help others become self-brilliant, self-reliant, and empowered in their lives.
