During this eight-week course, on every Sunday we will cover the seven major chakras, from the root chakra to the eighth chakra above the head, diving deep into the teachings and healing of each one. We will also include lessons on other lesser known chakras, such as the high heart chakra (thymus) and the well of dreams chakra (zeal gate) behind the neck. We will be taking a look into traumas, wounds, blockages and belief systems connected to these centres while learning about tools and techniques to cleanse and purify each one on all body levels, such as the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual ones. We will be using such techniques such as toning the chakras with bija mantras, compassion inquiry, meditation, energy healing, as well as offering tips surrounding foods, crystals, essential oils, and other vibrational medicines to continue working with these energy centres. By the end, you will have learned how to develop and work with a powerful spiritual hygiene regimen as you continue on your own personal healing journey.
